1. Acceptance

By registering with Tennis Vertex, you agree to become part of our sports community and to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not step onto the court.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Tennis Vertex is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from poor custody of your credentials. You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile in the Locker Room.

3. Content Ownership

Everything you post on Court Central or Academy is yours. However, by posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and reproduce it within the platform. If you are a coach, your educational videos and content remain your intellectual property.

4. Limitation of Liability (Play at Your Own Risk)

Tennis is a physically demanding sport. The instructional content provided in the Learning and Academy sections is for informational and educational purposes only. Tennis Vertex is not responsible for any physical injuries, equipment damage, or losses sustained while attempting techniques, exercises, or drills discussed on this platform. Always warm up properly, play at your own risk, and consult a professional coach or medical expert if you are unsure about your physical condition.

5. Cancellation & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that repeatedly violate our community standards (see the Court Rules section), including cases of harassment, spam, or uploading inappropriate content.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our platform or the law. We will notify you of any significant changes, but your continued use of Tennis Vertex implies acceptance of the updated terms.
